A Trio is intentional, relational, and time-bound. Here is exactly what you are committing to and what a season of discipleship looks like.

A trusted space, with responsible limits
Participants protect one another's privacy. Confidentiality has appropriate limits where there is a threat of self-harm, a threat of harm to another, abuse, criminal conduct, a legal reporting obligation, or a serious safety concern.
Trio leaders are not presented as licensed therapists, physicians, attorneys, or crisis counselors unless they independently hold those credentials and are acting in that capacity.
Trios and the local church
A complement, never a replacement
Trios encourages active participation in a local church and can strengthen existing discipleship and small-group ministry.
It does not replace pastoral oversight. It partners with churches while keeping a simple, reproducible structure.
