Join a Trio
A meaningful commitment, not a casual sign-up
Applicants should be willing to follow Jesus or seriously explore Christian discipleship, meet consistently, engage with Scripture, pray with others, participate honestly, respect confidentiality, and support fellow participants.

Potential leaders demonstrate a credible profession of faith, consistent church involvement, biblical maturity, humility, dependability, respect for confidentiality, a listening posture, and willingness to receive oversight.

Trios helps churches build relational discipleship with a simple, reproducible structure: more mature members, stronger relationships, new disciple-makers, and a clear path from participation to service and leadership.
Church-sponsored Trios
Your church identifies participants and leaders; Trios provides training and resources.
Trios-led pilot
We help launch the first groups, then transfer responsibility to your leaders.
Leader training
We train your existing leaders to run the model.
Retreat partnership
We support your discipleship retreat or leadership gathering.
